Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct public hearings as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. In the following order: 1) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 9 Building Regulations, chapter 3, 'Flood Damage Prevention', updating the Flood Damage Prevention with the new Federal Emergency Management Agency floodplain maps. 2) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 10 'Land Use Regulations', chapter 41, 'Multi-Family Dwellings', section 6, 'Conversion of Existing Dwelling', section 7, 'Conversion of Existing Dwelling or Dwellings to 3 or 4 Dwelling Units. 3) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 10, 'Land Use Regulations', chapter 39, 'Landscape Requirements', section 4, 'Landscaping', and Section 6, 'Landscaping in Public Right-of-way'.
