- CLEARFIELD CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearing has been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield City Council at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Discussion and Possible Action on SV 2023-0301, a street vacation request by JUB Engineers on behalf of UDOT to vacate a portion of the 450 South and 1000 East rights-of-ways that cross Interstate 15. A copy of the application is available for review at the Customer Service Center on the 1st Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
