Discussion/Public Hearing/Decision - Val Poll Land Use Text Amendment - Request approval of a text amendment to modify section 8-5C-3 and add section 8-5M to allow for live-work dwelling units within commercial zones. This item has been heard by the County Commission, with no decision from that body, and was remanded back to the Planning Commission on Tuesday May 2, 2023 for further review.
