The Rockville Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Monday, the 11th day of April 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah.
Public Comments - If you wish to speak during Public Comment and Questions, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed.

1. Call to order - roll call.

4. Consideration and Action on an Application for a Home Occupation Permit for Mama Bears Naturals LLC located at 75 East Main Street in Rockville - Angelina Jimenez
5. Consideration and Action on an Application for a Business Sign located at 800 E. Main Street in Rockville - Dash Howell, Canyon Paws Pet Caretakers
6. Approval of the minutes for the February 13, 2023, Regular Meeting.
7. Approval of the minutes for the February 13, 2023, Work Meeting.
8. Approval of the minutes for the March 14, 2023, Work Meeting.

9. Town Office Report:
a. Approval of a Simple Permit for Tim & Kim Arnold for a Solar Panel PV System located at 39 South 140 West, Rockville
b. Approval of a change to a Simple Permit for Garth & Heather Tyler for a Solar Panel PV System located at 244 West Main Street, Rockville. Added additional panels and a battery.
10. Planning Commission Administrative Business
a. Next Planning Commission meeting will be Tuesday, May 9, 2023.
