- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING April 11, 2023 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 3.33 acres of property from 'CP-1' (Planned Neighborhood Commercial) and 'A' (Agriculture) to 'MU' (Mixed-Use). The property is located at approximately 947 East 1000 North. The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcomed. If you desire further information regarding this rezone proposal, please contact the Community and Economic Development Department at 336-3780.
