TOWN OF APPLE VALLEY
2023 NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL ELECTION
In accordance with UCA 10-3-301, public notice is hereby given that the following positions are to be voted upon in the Town of Apple Valley 2023 Municipal Election:
- Mayor (2-year term)
- Councilmember (4-year term)
- Councilmember (4-year term)
Candidate filing period begins June 1, 2023 and ends on June 7, 2023, excluding Saturday and Sunday (UCA 10-3-301). Declaration of Candidacy (UCA-20A-9-203) must be filed in person at the Town of Apple Valley Office located at 1777 N. Meadowlark Dr., Apple Valley, Utah, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Requirements:
- U. S. citizen at the time of filing
- Registered voter of the Town of Apple Valley
- Resident of the Town of Apple Valley for 365 consecutive days immediately preceding the date of the election
Primary election to be held September 5, 2023
General election to be held November 21, 2023
CERTIFICATE OF POSTING: I, as duly appointed Recorder for the Town of Apple Valley, hereby certify that copies of the notice of hearing were posted at the Town Hall, and the Utah Public Meeting Notice website, the Town website www.applevalleyut.gov, and with a utility enterprise fund customer's bill.
