NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings on April 12, 2023, at approximately
5:00 p.m. in the City of Orem Council Chambers, located at 56 North State Street, Orem, Utah, to consider
the following:
PUBLIC HEARING - Amending portions of Article 22-9 of the Orem City Code by enacting
Section 22-9-6 PF Zone and other minor modifications, and amending Article 22-5-3(A) and the
zoning map of the City of Orem by rezoning various City of Orem properties and Public School
properties located within the City of Orem in the C2, HS, M2, OS5, PD5, PD6, PD15, PD16, PD36,
R6.5, R7.5, R8 and R12 zones to the Public Facilities (PF) zone as shown on the attached map.
PUBLIC HEARING - Amending portions of Section 2.1 Land Use Designation, and Section 8.3
Educational Support, and enacting Section 3.1.6 Public Facilities of the Orem General Plan; and
amending the General Plan Map by changing various designation to Public Facilities.
The proposed amendments are available in the Office of Development Services, Room #105, 56 North
State Street, Orem, Utah. If you have any questions regarding the proposed zone change or amendments,
