Request for a Change in Zoning- 555 South Woodland Hills Drive. 2. Proposal to Amend City Code 10-11-8A Landscape Features, Fences, Walls, Driveways, and Culverts. - The proposal is to add language that would provide clarification that the responsibility for cleaning out the culverts rested with the private driveway owner For more information, please contact the city offices.
