RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE
The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 13, 2023 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s):
a. J-ROC Pressure Washing LLC, PLZ-23-2013, a conditional use permit for a home occupation located at 13645 South Mount Cortina Way. Applicant - Zilpah Saena
b. HamHam Specialty Grooming, PLZ-23-2016, a conditional use permit for a home occupation located at 12317 S. Juniper Haven Drive. Applicant - Chelsey Haddenham
c. Smart Private Lane, PLZ-23-2015, a conditional use permit for a private lane located at 13569 South Redwood Road. Applicant - David Smart
d. Funaro Private Lane, PLZ-23-2014, a conditional use permit for a private lane located at 1794 West Myers Lane. Applicant - Peter Funaro
e. Craig View Lane Lot 4 Amended, PLZ-23-1002, a lot line adjustment to lot 4 of Craig View Lane Subdivision located at 2021 West 11800 South. Applicant - Delwin Craig

This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
