The City of Logan has received a petition to vacate a certain public utility easement located between the West property line and five feet (5') West of the West property line of Lot 2 except the North ten feet (10') and South ten Feet (10') shown in Exhibit A. Located on Lot 2 of the Tempki Subdivision, 1793 Mount Logan Drive, Logan, Utah.
The Logan Municipal Council will hold a public hearing on May 2, 2023 not before 5:30 p.m. in the Logan Municipal Council Chambers, 290 North 100 West, Logan Utah to consider the adoption of an ordinance vacating said easements. The petition will be available for signing in the City Engineering Office until 5:00 p.m. on the date indicated above. Documents pertaining to said public utility easements are available for inspection at the City Recorder's Office, 290 North 100 West, during regular office hours.
