- NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING APRIL 11, 2023 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to amend requirements in Title 19 'Zoning', Chapter 19.25 'Mixed-Use (MU) Zoning District', to establish appropriate building height and design standards for development projects in the Mixed-Use Overlay District (DO-1) in Layton City. The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
