Public Hearing
1. Ezra Nuttal requests Rezone approval for a property located at 610 W 7th Ave from Single Family Residential-2 (SF-2) to Multifamily Residential - Medium Density (RM-12).
2. Ezra Nuttal requests Final Subdivision approval to subdivide an existing property into two lots located at 610 W 7th Ave.
