Regular Business
1. Review and possibly approve the Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of March 14, 2023.
2. Bryan Mickelson, agent for Russ Watts, is requesting a Plat Amendment of lot 30 and Common Area D of Phase 1 of The Reserve at Midway Subdivision. The proposal would adjust the boundary line between lot 30 and common area D. The property is in the RA-1-43 zone.
a. Discussion of the proposed plat amendment
b. Possible recommendation to the City Council
