NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Enoch City Planning Commission will hold three public hearings in a regular Planning Commission meeting on April 11, 2023 at the Enoch City Office located at 900 E. Midvalley Road, Enoch, UT. - The first public hearing is regarding a zone change request for property owned by the Thelins. Parcel #A-0779-0010-0007 from Single-Family Residential (R-1-18) to Neighborhood Commercial (N-C) - The second public hearing is regarding a zone change request for property owned by Iron Ice, Inc. Parcel #A-1037-0024-0000, from Community Commercial (C-C) to Single-Family Residential (R- 1-11) - The third public hearing is regarding a zone change request for property owned by Iron Ice, Inc. from Single-Family Residential (R-1-18) to Community Commercial (C-C) For more information contact the City Recorder at 435-586-1119 or see the City website at http://www.cityofenoch.org/ordinancespublic-notices.html

Meetings of the Enoch City Planning Commission may be conducted by electronic means pursuant to Utah Code Annotated, Section 52-4-207. In such circumstances, contact will be established and maintained by telephone or other electronic means and the meeting will be conducted pursuant to the Enoch City Code of Revised Ordinances, Chapter 3-500, regarding meeting procedures including electronic meetings.
