PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE TOOELE COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY April 25, 2023 FROM 6:00 P.M. TO 7:00 P.M AT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT IN ROOM 180, 151 NORTH MAIN STREET, TOOELE, UTAH.
THE PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING IS TO RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENT ON CHANGES TO THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS:
TOOELE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT REGULATION #10: BODY ART
AND
TOOELE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT REGULATION #6: MASSAGE
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND. COPIES OF THE DRAFT FOR THESE REGULATIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR EXAMINATION AND PUBLIC REVIEW AT THE TOOELE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT, 151 NORTH MAIN STREET, TOOELE, UTAH.
WRITTEN COMMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED DURING THE PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD OF March 30, 2023 TO May 1, 2023 UNTIL 5:00 P.M. SUBMIT COMMENTS TO TOOELE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT 151 NORTH MAIN STREET, TOOELE, UTAH 84074 or email bryan.slade@tooelehealth.org.
