The Hyde Park City Council will hold public hearings to consider the following items. 1. Ordinance 2023-05 - An Ordinance amending HPC Code 12.30.160 Flood Plain Regulations (FEMA) 2. Ordinance 2023-06 - An Ordinance amending HPC Code 15.30 Water Source Protection Plan to meet State Code. All interested citizens are encouraged to attend.
