PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Coalville City Planning Commission REDLANDS MINOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAT 198 EAST 100 NORTH, (CT-202) Public notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to review, discuss, receive comment, and possibly recommend an action on the proposed Redlands Minor Subdivision Final Plat, 198 East 100 North, CT-202 on Monday, April 17, 2023, beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Coalville City Hall located at 10 North Main. The proposed minor subdivision is single parcel split for one additional lot and requires a public hearing and recommendation by the Planning Commission to the City Council. All interested persons may attend in person or virtually and make public comment. Written comments may also be emailed to Coalville City at cityhall@coalvillecity.org.
