2. Public Comment: This is an opportunity for the Public to address the Planning Commission with items that are not listed on the agenda and are not the subject of a pending land use application. Please note rules for public comment below.
3. Public Comment regarding City Center: Opportunity for the Public to address the Planning Commission with comments related to City Center design/development. Please note rules for public comment below.
4. Discussion/Possible Action: Oakley Diner Signage. Final review. Staff Report available.
5. Discussion/Possible Action: Oakley Bench Subdivision. Preliminary Plat. 3rd Review. Staff Report available.
6. Discussion/Possible Action: River Haven Subdivision. Parcel OT-92 at approximately 4500 N. Millrace Road. 14 lots proposed. Conceptual review. Staff Report available.

2. If you wish to interact with the Planning Commission during the public comment period(s) via Zoom only, please follow the instructions below:
a. Use your full name as your Zoom ID so you are identified correctly. Individuals without a full name will not be allowed to provide public comments.
b. If you would like to comment, press the 'Raise Hand' button at the bottom of the screen or chat window. You will remain muted.
c. When it is your turn to comment, the moderator will unmute your microphone, the Board Chair or Planning Director will ask you to proceed. You will then be muted again after you are done speaking.
3. If there is time (not a public hearing), the chair may recognize relevant public comments or questions during other agenda discussion items or work matters.
4. Rules for public comments may be adjusted by the Chair for Public Hearings, including any other items that are posted on the agenda.
5. Time allowed for each public commenter will be established by the Planning Commission Chairperson prior to starting any Public Comment portion(s) of the meeting.
