Millcreek, Utah Public Hearings Notice Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold four public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) consideration of ZT-23-005, amendments to Title 19 updating definitions, repealing the A-1, A-2, A-5, A-10, A-20, FA-2.5, FA-5, FA-10, and FA-20 zones, and enacting a new Agriculture Zone to encompass all properties currently located in an A-1, A-2, or A-5 zones; 2) consideration of ZT-23-006, amendments to Title 19 updating definitions, repealing the F-1, FM-10, FM-20, FR-0.5, FR-1, FR-2.5, FR-5, FR-10, FR-20, FR-50, and FR-100 zones, and enacting a new Forestry Recreation Estate Zone to encompass all properties currently located in an FR-1, FR-2.5, FR-5, FR-10, and FR-20 zones; 3) consideration of ZT-23-007, amendments to Title 19 updating definitions, renaming the Residential Mobile Home Zone (RMH) to the Mobile Home / Tiny Home Zone (MHTH), and amending and adopting new standards for the MHTH Zone; and 4) consideration of ZM-22-009, request to rezone from Commercial (C) to Residential Multi-Family (R-M) and amend the Future Land Use Map within the General Plan by changing the designation from Commercial/Office to Neighborhood 2 located at approx. 3739 S. 900 E. by applicant Lotus Homes. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall and on the City's website at: https://millcreek.us/agendacenter. The public is invited to attend or watch the hearings and make comments. The meeting will be live streamed via the City's website at: https://millcreek.us/373/Meeting-Live-Stream. Public comment can be submitted via the City's website at: https://millcreek.us/FormCenter/Contact-Us-5/Public-Comments-61.
