NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Providence City Code Amendment Providence City Citizens, Please take notice that the Providence City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing to discuss an amendment to City Code 10-16 Floodplain Management Regulations per the new FEMA report. FEMA revised the Cache County Flood Insurance Rate Maps; for the City to meet or exceed minimum standards and remain in good standing with the National Flood Insurance Program we need to amend the current code. For information about what changes are being requested please contact the Providence City Offices at 164 N Gateway Dr or by phone at 435-752-9441 DATE: April 12th, 2023 TIME: 6:00 PM LOCATION: 164 N GATEWAY DR. The purpose of the public hearing is to provide an opportunity for anyone interested to comment before any action is taken.
