- Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 6, 2023, starting at 7:00pm at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input on the consideration of the imposition of an energy tax on the sale and use of natural gas and electricity in Hooper City. The proposed changes are available for inspection on the city's website, the Utah Public Meeting website, and at the city offices during regular business hours.
