- INVITATION TO BID The West Haven City Corporation will be accepting sealed bids for a 2023 street crack seal project. Bids shall be submitted at the City office, 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven City, UT 84401 until 10:00 AM, April 12, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened. The project consists of seal pavement cracks with hot pour rubberized asphalt polymer sealant material. Electronic Bid documents may be obtained from Gardner Engineering (801-476-0202) on or after March 27rd, 2023 at 1:00 pm.
