- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY LIBRARY BOARD will hold a SPECIAL MEETING at 1:00 PM FRIDAY, March 31, 2023. This meeting will be held in person at the Wasatch County Library. LOCATION: WASATCH COUNTY LIBRARY 465 East 1200 South, Heber City, Utah Library Board Meeting Friday, March 31, 2023 The order of agenda items is subject to change without notice. 1. OPEN MEETING - Call to Order & Welcome: Amber Koecher, Library Board Chair. 2. MOTION: Closed Meeting The Board will consider a motion to enter into a Closed Meeting to interview candidates for the vacancy on the Library Board and discuss the applications. A closed meeting described under UCA 52-4-205 may be held for specific purposes including, but not limited to discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. 3. OPEN MEETING - MOTION: Instructions for Library Director The Board will consider a motion to instruct the Library Director to forward the Library Board applications to the County Manager's office with a recommendation. 3.
