- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Southeastern Utah Association of Local Governments (SEUALG) Executive Board voted to approve Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) awards to projects submitted through the CDBG application process. The vote was on February 28, 2023 via email and ratified in the regularly scheduled Executive Board meeting on March 23, 2023. SEUALG is anticipating an allocation of $1,56,986 for Program Year 2023. Below are the projects approved for CDBG funding: Set Asides (entity - project - award amount): SEUALG - Administration & Planning - $50,000 SEUALG - Community Development Planning - $50,000 SEUALG - Single Family Housing Rehabilitation - $463,074 Awarded Projects (entity (sub recipient, if applicable) - project - award amount - rating and ranking points): Grand County (Housing Authority of Southeastern Utah) - Arroyo Crossing Tract-E Townhomes - $337,063 - 52.5 points Blanding City - Centennial Park Safety Shade Structures - $117,249 - 41.0 points Castle Valley Town - Placer Creek Low Water Crossings Plan - $39,600 - 32.5 points Attached to notice is a copy of the coversheet of the Program Year 2023 allocations.
