WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF ZONE TEXT CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a study meeting to be held on April, 5 2023 3:30 p.m., and a public hearing to be held on April 12, 2023 at 4:00 p.m., or as soon as business permits, before the West Valley Planning Commission. Both meetings can be attended in person in the Council Chambers at West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah or electronically via Zoom at: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/88955119737, on the following application: Application #ZT-3-2023, filed by HH-SALT LAKE, LLC. Requesting amendments to Sections 7-1-103 and 7-6-301 of the zoning ordinance to remove the definition for Lingerie Store and to remove Lingerie Store from the Commercial and Manufacturing Use Table.
