This section requires that the minimum front setback be 25 feet in the R-1-6 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential, minimum lot size 6,000 square feet) zone. The applicant is seeking a variance of 3 feet in order to remove an existing single car garage and build a new 2 car garage. The property is located at 4192 South Bannock Drive.
