- Pursuant to Utah Code Section 17C-1-207(3) public notice is hereby given that on April 6, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as practicable Brigham City Council will consider a resolution to transfer Davis Park located at 455 West 900 North, Parcel No. 03-082-0086, consisting of 2.99 acres to the Brigham City Redevelopment Agency. A Redevelopment Agency meeting will be held immediately following the City Council meeting at 20 North Main, Brigham City, Utah. All interested parties are invited to attend.
