NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
On Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, approximately 6:00 p.m., the Spanish Fork City Council will hold a public hearing prior to adopting new impact fees for Public Safety, Recreation, Transportation, Storm Water, Drinking Water, Pressurized Irrigation, Wastewater and Power. The Impact Fee Analysis and Impact Fee Enactment Ordinance are available for inspection at the Spanish Fork City Library and the City Offices.
