Regular Council Meeting Call to order: Mayor Alfred C. Bigelow Agenda Items: 1. Chris Talbot, Court Facilities Director - Timeline for construction of Manti 6th District Courthouse. 2. Bethany Jessop, Miss Sanpete Outstanding Teen - Request to address Mayor and Council regarding Raydon Gas Awareness Month. 3. Rick Kiser - Request to address Mayor and Council concerning plans for Manti Readiness Expo. 4. Russ Hatch - Request to address Mayor and Council regarding Economic Development committee. 5. Continuing Business. a. Discussion concerning proposed Family Dollar store and commercial development. b. Lamar & Colleen Rogers - request for consideration of ordinance change. c. Nuisance Ordinance 6. Councilmembers reports: Gary Chidester Darren Dyreng Jeff Killian Jason Vernon Mary Wintch 7. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 8. Mayor Bigelow. 9. Consideration of minutes of the previous meetings. (March 8th Council Meeting) 10. City Manager Kent Barton. 11. Closed Session (if needed).
