- Public Hearing Notice PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Summit County Council will convene as the Governing Body (the 'Council') of the North Summit Fire Service District (the 'District') and hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, beginning at 6:00PM at the Summit County Ledges Event Center, 202 E. Park Rd., Coalville, UT 84017. The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive public comment on and possibly take action to adopt the District's proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan (the 'IFFP'). A copy of the IFFP may be viewed on the District's website at NorthSummitFire.org or Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the District office located at 310 S Henefer Rd., Henefer, UT 84033. A copy of the IFFP will likewise be available at the Coalville Branch of the Summit County Library. The Library is located at 82 North 50 East, Coalville, UT 84017, and is open 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
