Scott Messel Community Development Director Notice of Public Hearing The Washington County Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing regarding a Staff Initiated Zone Change for six (6) parcels in Leeds, Utah from A-20 (Agricultural 20 Acre Minimum Lot Size) zone to RE-40 (Residential Estate 40,000 Sq Ft Minimum Lot Size) zone to bring the parcels into zoning compliance with Washington County Code. The following parcels will be considered for re-zoning; Parcel 4032-B-3-HV consisting of .93 acre, 4032-B-2-HV consisting of .94 acre, Parcel 4032-B-7-A-1-HV consisting of 2.21 acres, Parcel 4033-A-1-D-6-HV consisting of .41 acre, Parcel 4036-HV consisting of 2.13 acres, and Parcel 4032-B-1-HV consisting of 1.27 acres. The Washington County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding this matter on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at 1:30 PM in the Washington County Administration Building Commission Chambers at 111 E.
