Notice is hereby given that the Santa Clara Heritage Commission will hold a meeting on the 23rd day of March, in the Santa Clara Town Hall Conference room at 2603 Santa Clara Drive. The meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m.
Call to Order:
Approval of Minutes for Sept 1, 2022.
Business:
1. Discussion and or approval to build a covered outdoor dining area for Rylu's Bistro at 2862 Santa Clara Drive located in the historic district/mixed use zone. Applicant Tyler Gardner
2. Discussion and or approval for an addition to the existing detached garage with 2nd story accessory dwelling unit at 1408 Quail Street located in the historic district overlay/residential zone.
Applicant Kelly Gates.
3. Discussion on the ordinance change to elect a chair and vice chair yearly and review the terms of membership.
