MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows:

1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Discussion/action on minutes.
3. Review of business license applications:

c. Ageless Women's Health, LLC, 1920 West 250 North, Suite 1.
d. Ageless Men's Health, LLC, 1920 West 250 North, Suite 2.
4. Discussion/action on acceptance of bid for landscaping services and authorize administration to execute a final contract.
5. Discussion/action on Resolution for interlocal agreement with Weber County for election services.
6. Discussion/action on Resolution amending the interlocal agreement with Weber County for surveyor services.
7. Event Planning:
a. Easter Egg Hunt - April 8.
b. Art in April - April 14-15.
c. Clean-up Day - April 22-23.
d. Fourth of July.
e. Garden Market.
8. Officer reports and legislative oversight.

The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about March 9, 2023. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on 400North, and 3) America First Credit Union at 12th and 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
