Description/Agenda: BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCES NO. 23-06, 23-07 Notice is hereby given that on March 16, 2023, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinances 23-06 and 23-07. Ordinance 23-06 amends the Wayneco Subdivision Phase 1, located at 1265 West 300 North, to combine Lots 2 and 3. Ordinance 23-07 amends Brigham City Code Chapter 14.04, Alcohol Establishments and Beer Retailers, to be in harmony with the regulations and terminology utilized by the State of Utah. Ordinances shall take effect upon posting and publication on March 17, 2023. Copies of the ordinances are available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.org.
