NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will hold public hearings on March 28, 2023, at 6:30 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following items:
- Site plan approval of Taco Bell at 4265 North Pony Express Pkwy in the Commercial Community zone, Lot 201 parcel number 67:144:0201 in The Marketplace at Eagle Mountain Town Center Subdivision, Phase 2;
- Rezoning with the Regional Technology and Industry (RTI) Overlay zone on parcels 59:047:0011, 59:069:0003, and a portion of 59:030:0003, totaling approximately 670 acres;
- General Plan Land Use Map amendment from Neighborhood Residential One and Community Commercial to Regional Commercial and rezone from Agriculture to Commercial Regional for parcel 58:033:0404;
- Amending EMMC 17.60.160 Zone Transitions as it relates to the City Council permitting exceptions to the buffer requirements of Table 17.60.0160(1).
Materials for these public hearing items may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the City website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS.
