PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDMENTS TO THE ZONING SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE. Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, April 6th, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Public Safety Building located at 455 N. Main St. Genola. The purpose of this hearing is to get public input on an amendment to the subdivision ordinance. The amendments will be a replacement of Paragraph 2 of Section 20.08.03 of the Subdivision Ordinance. Paragraph 2 of Section 20.08.03 of the Subdivision Ordinance, will state that primary and secondary power will be required at each lot in the subdivision. Notice is further given that if the amendment is recommended by the Planning Commission, the Genola Town Council will hear this item at the April 19th, 2023, Town Council Meeting to commence at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will also be held at the Genola Public Safety Building at 455 N Main St. in Genola. All information on the amendment will be available for review at the town office located at 74 W. 800 S. Genola during regular business hours Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. or electronically upon request by phone at 801-754-5300 or email @ cityclerk@gmail.com.
