Description/Agenda: CITY OF WEST HAVEN * NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO SOLICIT PUBLIC INPUT ON USING AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT FUNDS ON THE CHILDREN'S JUSTICE CENTER BUILDING FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $87,813 * PUBLIC HEARING: The West Haven City Council of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Meeting on the 5th Day of April, 2023 in the Council Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah from the hour of 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, for the purpose of soliciting public input on using American Rescue Plan Act funds on the Children's Justice Center building fund in the amount of $87,813. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. Public comment will be held in person and by electronic means, via zoom at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/81581435918.
