- Notice is hereby given that the Sandy City Architectural Review Committee will hold a virtual meeting in person, and Teams hosted, to consider the following new development proposal: 1. 11000 South Street Mixed Use Development, located at the southeast corner of 11000 South Street and Auto Mall Drive. The mixed-use building will feature ground floor retail and multiple levels of residential apartments surrounding a parking structure.
