Opening Motions Excused: Motion to begin meeting: Second: Motion to approve February meeting minutes: Second: Monthly Subcommittee Check-in Reports 1. Conduct subcommittee monthly check-in reports from subcommittee heads: Preservation (Chris Schow) Update on Old Town Hall restoration status and grant award. Archives (Jeanne) Next inventory session TBD. History & Publications (Laurel Cunningham) Publications currently being written (no update): - Volume I edit - 'By These Hands' biography book - Manila Church booklet Community Outreach (Denise Trickler) Status of Historic Home Tour in May. Other Business Items 1. Finalize list of 2023 goals and projects and vote to accept. 2. Update on status of the newsletter to owners of historic homes. 3. Update on progress to obtain more Commission members. 4. Discuss open house ideas for the Old Town Hall at its completion (either June or September). 5. FYI dates to calendar: - Tuesday, April 25: Pleasant Grove City Committee/Commission Volunteer Appreciation Dinner - Saturday, May 20: Preservation Utah Historic Homes Tour in the Federal Heights neighborhood (tickets required) - Friday, June 9: SHPO Conference: in South Salt Lake - Monday, September 11: Heritage Festival Next PGHPC meeting: Thursday, April 20, 7 PM
