NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. 1) White’s Sanitation Annual Report 2) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for October 22, 2008 and January 7, 2009. 3) 7:30 p.m. – Gunnison Valley Hospital Board Members Report 4) Water/Sewer Impact Fees for Schools – Rod Taylor, Zoning Administrator 5) Pressurized Irrigation Maintenance Fee – Rod Taylor, Zoning Administrator 6) Personnel – Hiring of Court Clerk 7) Senior Citizen Agreement for City Hall 8) Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 9) Bills and Adjustments 10) Closed Session 11) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435) 528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
