WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF ZONE TEXT CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a study meeting to be held on April, 5 2023 3:30 p.m., and a public hearing to be held on April 12, 2023 at 4:00 p.m., or as soon as business permits, before the West Valley Planning Commission. Both meetings can be attended in person in the Council Chambers at West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah or electronically via Zoom at: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/88955119737, on the following application: Application #ZT-2-2023, filed by WEST VALLEY CITY. Requesting an amendment to Section 7-7-119 of the zoning ordinance to add screening requirements for Outside Storage that occurs on property adjacent to a High-Image Arterial Street as listed in Section 7-10-102.
