Planning and Zoning Public Hearing March 28TH, 2023 at 5:30 *** NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING *** NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wendover Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct the following public hearing at the Wendover City, Tooele County Complex Building at 920 East Wendover Blvd., Wendover, Utah at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 28TH, 2023 to receive public input regarding the following proposal: APPROVE OR DISAPPROVE RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR SHORT-TERM RV PARKING UP TO TWO RV PADS AT 275 S 600 E WENDOVER, UT; KIRK AND RADINE MURPHY. APPROVE OR DISAPPROVE RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR OVERNIGHT SECURITY TRAILER AT 755 E WENDOVER BLVD; MANUEL CARRILLO All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment upon this proposal. Written comments will also be considered if submitted to the City Clerk/Recorder in advance of the hearing. A copy of the current regulations and the proposed amendments may be reviewed at the Wendover City Offices each weekday before the public hearing, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Persons with disabilities needing accommodations to participate in these hearings should contact Sasha Palafox (435-665-7771) at the Wendover City Offices at least 24 hours in advance of the hearings.
