Public Notice Mayfield Town Council Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that Mayfield Town will hold a public hearing to adopt an ordinance reauthorizing the imposition of a town option botanical, cultural, recreational and zoological tax (ZAP) by the governing body of Mayfield Town, Sanpete County, UT (Town) approving the limited sales and use tax or ZAP tax in the amount of one-tenth of one percent (0.1%) on all applicable transactions within the town; providing for the uses of said tax, period of time for which the tax will be imposed; and related matters. Mayfield Town will solicit comments concerning the proposed ordinance. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. The hearing will be held in conjunction with the regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mayfield Town Hall, 52 North Main, Mayfield, Utah 84643. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Amanda Bennett 435-851-7030 at least three (3) working days prior to this Meeting.
