4- Sheriff's Report: 3 total Law incident, 1 traffic, 4 warnings
DNA kits for kids Will be dropped off on March 9th by Officer Shaw.
Just opened County animal Shelter.
Handing out sandbags at the jail Friday March 10th.
Sherriff on schedule for next month's meeting
5- Schreiber's Chlorine Contract: Redid contract on chlorine room. Total with interest 61687.56 Will be worked out to 24 months at 2570.32/month Starting in March 2023. This number includes the 26,240 For Wetco Bill from last month and 34238 Innovated Water.

For the new Booster pump they will consider paying their share of the price of the pump based on their percentage of use.
Amalga Uses 50.5% and Schreiber uses 49.5%
6- RAPZ Tax Application: Paul sent it in on Tuesday 24,000 asked for 12,000 for speakers, Microphone, Power Box for Pavillion and playground equipment
7. Discuss Water impact fees: It's been 11 years since we did an impact assessment on our system. Craig is going to work out a proposal. Utility ordinance right now it's $4137. We will have to have a public hearing when we raise it.
8. Discuss residential water base per month/ residential water use over base: Thinking of raising water from $15 to $20
9. Set Dog rabies/ licensing clinic date: Will schedule for a Saturday in April.
10.Discuss Spring/flooding water concerns: Drains on state road will have to call the state to deal with it.
11. Council Reports:
1. Paul Hansen:
a. Valentine's day Dinner was great, Youth council will help with the Easter egg hunt They have their 4H meeting on the 17th with dinner that the mayor will be attending.
b. Collette Dursteller will come next month to discuss Amalga town celebration. Theme might be county fair with booths Budget is between $3000 and $3500
c. Rental Fees for the park. If you want to rent the park and town hall. $35 for the hall and $35 for pavilion. $70 for both.
d. Schreiber's has moved their Ester Egg hunt to May.
e. Shirts for youth council Town will Consider Helping out on cost.
2. David Lee:
a. Planning and Zoning Collete Dursteller will be leaving as the secretary, Dave Lee will be filling in as Secretary until a replacement can be found. Mike Diehl Came in as new member. Dan Guebler is putting an addition to hay shed 40'x100' and a smaller shed 20'x47'. Nicholas Nielson wants to raise Chickens and Goats wants three chicken sheds with 500 chickens.
3. Rick Fonnesbeck:
a. Booster pump coming in. We might have leaks when things thaw in our water hydrants. Had electrician come back to take care of Heater and looked at the generator that was squealing. To fix generator we will need a new heater put in. Tech Electric, Brandon Thomas.
b. We didn't finish fixing problem down by Jesus' still need to dig it up and replace from main line to hydrant.
4. Mayor Wood:
a. Waste management will be doing the garbage they should be doing it by September. Want to have a public meeting to answer questions.
