- Public Notice The Hurricane City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing during their regular meeting at the Hurricane City Office 147 N 870 West (or as specified on agenda, please watch) on March 23, 2023 commencing at 6:00 p.m. to take comments on the following: 1. A Zone Change Amendment request located at approximately 3071 S 1100 W, from RA-0.5/PDO, residential agriculture one unit per half acre with a planned development overlay, to M-1, light industrial, to create a buffer between the gravel pit and residential units. Parcel numbers H-3396-D and the southern portion of H-3396-E. Details on these applications are available in the Planning Department at the City Office, 147 N. 870 West. If you would like to make comments, please plan to attend the meeting or provide written comments to publiccomment@cityofhurricane.com or to the Planning Department at the above address for the Planning Commission's consideration by 3 p.m. the day of the meeting.
