WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF GENERAL PLAN/ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a study meeting on April 5, 2023, at 3:30 p.m. and a public hearing on April 12, 2023, at 4:00 p.m., or as soon as business permits, before the West Valley Planning Commission. Both meetings can be attended in person in the Council Chambers at West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah or electronically via Zoom at: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/88955119737, on the following application: Application #GPZ-2-2023, filed by Nick Mingo Requesting an amendment to the General Plan of West Valley City by reclassifying the following described property from Large Lot Residential (2 to 3 units/acre) and Medium Density Residential (7 to 12 units/acre) to Light Manufacturing and a zone change from A-1 (Agriculture, minimum lot size 1 acre) and A (Agriculture, minimum lot size 1/2 acre) to M (Manufacturing).
