- Request for Proposals Fire and Emergency Medical Services Consolidation Feasibility Study And Implementation Planning Regional Project For: Bear River City, Brigham City, Corinne City, Deweyville, Garland City, Honeyville, Mantua City, Perry City, Portions of Unincorporated Box Elder County, Tremonton City The Brigham City Fire Department on behalf of the Regional Group is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to prepare a fire and emergency medical services consolidation feasibility study and associated implementation plan. Sealed bids must be submitted to Christina Boss, City Recorder, at 20 North Main (PO Box 1005) Brigham City, Utah by 5:00 pm on April 7, 2023.
