INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT: BY INVITATION 3. 4:30 PM SCHEDULED ITEMS 3.1 SITE PLAN - Approving the site plan of the Orem City Center located at 56 North State Street in the C2 zone. 3.2 PUBLIC HEARING - REZONE - Amending Section 22-5-3(A) and the zoning map of the City of Orem by changing the zone of approximately 4.86 acres from the C3 zone to the C2 zone located generally at 877 North State Street. 3.3 PUBLIC HEARING - TEXT AMENDMENT - Amending Appendix A of the Orem City Code by enacting Standard Land Use Code 6266 Pediatric Palliative Care Facility and enacting 22-6-9 (N) Pediatric Palliative Care Facility in Chapter 22 of the Orem City Code. 4. MINUTES REVIEW AND APPROVAL 4.1 Review and approve minutes from the March 1, 2023 meeting 5. ADJOURN THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS.
