- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monroe City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on March 21, 2023, at the Monroe City Office, 10 N Main, Monroe, UT at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments concerning a proposal for a zone change from AR-1 to RR-1 affecting property located north on 300 W from 40 S to 450 N and continues west to 600 W.
