Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the following projects:
- Preliminary Plan approval: Applicant Greg Wall on behalf of Arrowhead Ranch LLC is seeking preliminary plan approval for a 226 lot attached single family home subdivision. The subdivision is located at approximately 1400 North Arrowhead Trail Road. This phase of the development is plat A of the Arrowhead Ranch development.
The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
